MIDJ
我们是谁？
Founded in 1987 in Cordovado, in the heart of northeastern Italy, MIDJ is a family-run company that creates contemporary design furniture, naturally suited for both private and public spaces. For over 35 years, our mission has been to shape objects that blend aesthetics, functionality, and versatility, through a production process entirely Made in Italy.
At MIDJ, design is more than a discipline – it is a philosophy of life. Every day, our creative team transforms ideas into furnishing solutions that meet the needs of modern living. Our collections are created to inhabit diverse environments – from kitchens to restaurants, dining rooms to offices – and are distinguished by their ability to engage with the present while remaining elegant and artisanal.
We produce most of our pieces in-house, ensuring control, precision, and passion at every stage: from metalwork to fabric cutting, upholstery to assembly and shipping. Every detail is handled with care, because we believe that only this way can we create true design value.
我们的价值观
Creativity and Innovation
Each collection is born from a close observation of evolving lifestyles. We continually invest in researching new materials and solutions to shape original and relevant ideas. At MIDJ’s Officina delle Idee (Idea Workshop), every designer finds a space for dialogue and experimentation, where constructive collaboration leads to high-quality results.
Made in Italy and Craftsmanship
Our idea of Made in Italy goes beyond local production. It means continuing a tradition of style, artisanal skill, and a deep sense of beauty. We combine industrial technology with the attention to detail typical of Italian craftsmanship, creating well-made products meant to last.
Sustainable Awareness
We believe in responsible design. We create lightweight, durable, and recyclable furniture using selected materials that reduce waste and environmental impact. Every step – from concept to packaging – reflects our concrete commitment to a sustainable future.
People and Relationships
The strength of MIDJ lies in its people. We value every voice within the company and build relationships based on trust and respect, with both colleagues and partners. Because every great project is born from collaboration.
