Countless passed tests have made ALPOLIC™ the benchmark for fire protection. All products undergo the toughest fire tests, the results of which are directly incorporated into product development. This is done in close cooperation with authorities at national and European level. ALPOLIC™/fr in flame-retardant FR quality meet the requirements of Class B - s1, d0. ALPOLIC™ A2 with a non-combustible mineral core according to class A2 - s1, d0 offer even more safety. Even more safety is offered by the product innovation ALPOLIC™ A1 (non-combustible), currently the only composite material classified for the highest fire protection class A1.

3. Up to 20 years quality quarantee

For the surface coatings of aluminium composite panels ALPOLIC™ uses exclusively the high-quality fluoropolymer coating LUMIFLON™. This provides reliable protection against weathering, corrosion, scratches and colour fading, so that ALPOLIC™ facades still look colourfast and brilliant even after decades. Customers thus benefit from low maintenance costs and a quality guarantee of up to 20 years.

4. Largest Variety of Designs and colours

With more than 200 colours and surface designs, ALPOLIC™ offers the greatest variety of designs and colours on the market. Whether trend colours, unique surface designs or real metals - the design variety with ALPOLIC™ is almost unlimited. The spectrum ranges from plain colours, matt, metallic, sparkling, prismatic and premium aluminium to real metals such as copper, stainless steel, titanium, zinc or reAL Anodised.

ALPOLIC™ is committed to the unique KAITEKI philosophy of the Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation. Behind this is a consistent concept for environmentally friendly production methods and a respectful use of resources. All ALPOLIC™ aluminium composite panels are therefore manufactured under the strictest safety and environmental regulations. Furthermore, all materials used in production are 100% recyclable. In addition, the positive ecological balance of ALPOLICTM aluminium composite panels was certified in an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).

Product features:

ALPOLIC™ Aluminium composite panels consist of two aluminium cover sheets, which are pre-finished with high-quality paints in a continuous coil coating process and then applied to a mineral polymer core in a fusing process. The façade material is characterized by outstanding product properties such as excellent flatness, easy formability, high bending stiffness and color variety. The unique colour coating with LUMIFLON™ based on a fluoropolymer resin (FEVE), also ensures that the surfaces are protected against weathering and corrosion for decades, while remaining extremely colourfast and dirt-resistant.
