我们的价值观
The Scale of Harmony by CIAM guides us through the foundational principles of its corporate identity: Together, Light, Roots, Essence, Infinity.
These five key words represent and express the values upon which CIAM's visions, actions, projects, and connections are based.
A company that is, above all, a community, always attentive to human sustainability, relationships, and the well-being of people, who operate daily in its offices with awareness, professionalism, and commitment, embodying its know-how and values.
A journey that makes harmony the key to growth and achieving its goals.
TOGETHER
We believe in human value and the strength of authentic connections. We build each project as a collective work that centers on people, value, merit, talent, and a sense of belonging.
LIGHT
We make visible who we are and what we do. We communicate clearly and transparently, sharing ideas and perspectives. Illuminating the path is part of our way of thinking and working.
ROOTS
We start from what matters: origins, values, and our connection to the territory. The community is a solid base from which every idea, action, and innovation looking to the future begins. We plan with commitment and responsibility.
ESSENCE
In a complex and redundant world, the Lean approach invites us to remove the superfluous to bring out the essence, the real value. We consider growth and evolution as goals to create our best version every day.
